I have a plus sized Alfred Angelo designer wedding gown available for sale. It is either a size 26 or 28 (can't remember) and was only worn once in 1999. A few days after it was worn it was professionally cleaned and antiqued and sealed in a box with a card board shape keeper in the bodice. I opened it only to get information and take pictures, then put it back in the box. It is short sleeved with a beaded bodice and trim around the bottom. It has a medium train and I had a professional seamstress add a bustle so it can be shortened after the ceremony. I'm definitely not good at explaining the details but I have taken numerous pictures you can view here: http://public.fotki.com/cotej1977/wedding-dress-pics/ I don't know much about measuring properly so I may have done it incorrectly, but here are some approximate measurements: 32" across the bust from arm pit seam to arm pit seam so I guess that would be 64" all around?
